If you thrive in a fast-paced setting, enjoy problem-solving, and want to see your engineering expertise come to life on the factory floor, this is the role for you. + **Pay Rate:** $51.73 – $64.90 per hour + **Schedule:** Variable shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd), including weekends + **Location:** Fully onsite in **Portland, OR** **What You’ll Do** As a **Product Review Engineer** , you will play a key role in ensuring **aerospace production quality and efficiency** . Your responsibilities will include: + **Investigate and resolve production non-conformance issues** through **root cause analysis** and engineering dispositions. + **Apply design principles** to support **product and process improvements** throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. + Partner closely with **production teams** to identify and resolve **technical and quality challenges** . + Ensure **compliance with engineering standards** by working closely with **suppliers and build partners** . + **Develop repair solutions** for **machined aerospace parts** , ensuring structural integrity and performance. + Support **design reviews, accident investigations, and aircraft repair teams** . + Conduct **static strength analysis** and design **interim structural repairs** as needed. + Work in a **hands-on factory environment** , which includes **high noise areas, chemical hazards, and direct engagement with aircraft components** . + Participate in a **9-month Training Rotation Program** , rotating between shifts and participating in potential travel assignments. **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications** + **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Engineering from an **ABET-accredited** program. + **5+ years of experience** in **structures, systems, design, or production engineering** . + **5+ years of experience with Material Review Board (MRB) processes** . + Ability to work **onsite full-time** and rotate between **first, second, and third shifts** as needed. + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
