If you're ready to go beyond the desk, work directly with production teams, and **transform design into reality** , we want you on our team! + **Pay Rate:** $82.96 – $103.94 per hour + **Schedule:** Variable shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd) with potential weekend work **What You’ll Do** As a **Liaison Engineer** , you’ll be the bridge between **engineering and production** , ensuring aerospace components meet the highest standards. Key responsibilities include: + **Analyze and resolve production issues** , conducting **root cause analysis** and developing effective solutions. + Apply **engineering principles** to assess product/process issues throughout the product lifecycle. + Partner with **manufacturing teams** to implement **design improvements** and **process efficiencies** . + Support **non-conformance dispositioning** , ensuring compliance with standards. + Conduct **static strength analysis** , develop **interim structural repairs** , and design **non-destructive testing procedures** . + Participate in **design reviews, accident investigations, and aircraft repair projects** . + Provide **on-site engineering support** , navigating a **dynamic factory environment** with exposure to high noise areas, chemical hazards, and complex aerospace structures. + Travel as needed during the **9-month Aerospace Training Rotation Program** , with shifts rotating across first, second, and third shifts. **What You Bring** **Required Qualifications** + **Bachelor’s or Master’s degree** in Engineering from an **ABET-accredited** program. + **14+ years of experience** in **structures, systems, design, or production engineering** . + **Prior Material Review Board (MRB) experience** (15+ years preferred). + Ability to work **onsite full-time** and adapt to varying shifts, including weekends. + **This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
