MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:

Responsible for prompt catering of medical services to confined members, whole ensuring the exactitude of benefits received.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Checks admitted members with the admitting section of each assigned hospital
2. Report admitted members with all necessary information to the head office
3. Visit and explains to the admitted members the benefits and limitations of his/her coverage
4. Field Liaison Officer shall inform the required documents and discharge process of the said hospital
5. Gathers the necessary information with regard to the members availment through patients chart and attending doctors
6. Issues LOA for admitted members at assigned hospital for each covered availment
7. Mediates with attending physicians the concerns of the admitted members
Reports any concerns/problem of internal or external clients to their respective Team Leader
8. Assist admitted members during discharge

QUALIFICATION AND GUIDELINES
1. Graduate of 4-year medical course
2. With or without experience
3. Willing to undergo training in Makati and do fieldwork
