**Description** **General Summary** The Training Coordinator shall develop, conduct, and document training for all relevant topics to remain compliant with policies and procedures of the following organizations. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** + Trains employees on forklifts and aerial booms + Provides employees with practical tests + Maintains a training program and documentation in the format prescribed in NIH policies and procedures, and standards for Orientation, Education, Training and Competency of Staff + Schedule in-service training, which includes copies of lesson plans and a monthly report to the COR. + Order training supplies and materials to enhance instruction program + Coordinates with management to ensure all required trainings are being administered to employees + Other duties as assigned **Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements** + Must be able to pass trainer course for forklifts and aerial Booms + Must be able to instruct students at extended heights + High school diploma/GED required + Ability to translate complex problems and concepts in training + Strong leadership and communication skills **Working Conditions** + Be able to stay in one area for extended period of time, may require to push, pull, stretch, kneel as needed + Be able to lift 25 lbs. _This job description is subject to change by the employer as the needs of the employer and requirements of the job change._ **We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing.** Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
