License Compliance & Safety Coordinator
Job Summary: Examine, evaluate, and investigate eligibility for or conformity with laws and regulations governing contract compliance of licenses and permits, and perform other safety compliance, accident investigations and safety training. Duties/Responsibilities: + Assist in research for new location and license establishment + Assist in keeping all hard copy records filed by location and by type + Assist in keeping spreadsheets updated with correct information links and correct information attached to link + Assist in keeping track, updating, and sending out location binders for LP regulations changes and in house binders for dealer state license changes and processes. + Assist in keeping OSHA SDS books, location emergency process binders, safety records, and other OSHA information updated. + Assist in updating RRC information location binders, scheduling RRC training and RRC testing + Assist in sending out updated certifications, licenses, and other information by location + Assist in researching information to provide in BDR audits + Assist in verifying stat unit information for monthly reports. + Performs other related duties as assigned.
