Be the primary person responsible for driving customer engagements in the assigned GeoX South region in India. The role involves scaling GeoX FY26 plans through executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, engaging with customers, and addressing gaps in licensing compliance for Autodesk software. Additionally, the role includes educating customers on the benefits of genuine Autodesk software, facilitating software reviews using audit tools and SAM methodology, and assessing customers' IT readiness to maintain accurate licensing records.
This position reports to the Senior License Compliance Manager, India.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement: Build strong relationships with end customers in the GeoX South region, including CXO-level executivesLicense Compliance Advocacy: Articulate concerns around gaps in licensing compliance and educate customers about Autodesk’s licensing policiesFacilitating Self-Assessments: Encourage and guide customers to conduct self-assessments to manage and maintain proper licensing recordsCollaboration: Work with business and channel teams to create and execute business plansStrategy Execution: Collaborate with the LC Country Head to implement GeoX LC strategyAudit Expertise: Conduct software license reviews, leverage popular audit tools, and address customer objectionsSAM Best Practices: Provide expertise on Software Asset Management (SAM) methodologies for licensing administrationData-Driven Insights: Use Autodesk analytics tools to investigate compliance opportunities and apply Autodesk licensing rules effectivelyCustomer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize Salesforce (SFDC) for lead tracking, reporting, and providing accurate forecastsProactive Reporting: Prepare and share weekly reports and case updates with the teamProduct Knowledge: Maintain a foundational understanding of Autodesk products, competition, and industry trendsMinimum QualificationsExperience: 8-10+ years of relevant experience, with a proven track record in sales and growing territories, preferably in GeoX SouthCollaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with business and channel teamsGrowth Mindset: Passionate about achieving results with a focus on continuous improvementInfluence and Negotiation: Proven skills in influencing senior-level stakeholders, negotiation, and conflict resolutionCustomer Engagement: Ability to engage effectively with CXO-level executivesTechnical Expertise: Knowledge of software audit tools, SAM methodologies, and CRM tools such as SalesforceLearn More
