License Entitlement Specialist

What you’ll do:
The License Entitlement Specialist is responsible for the delivery of Redis Products to Redis customers; managing communication with those customers to ensure initial set-up success; along with monthly and ad-hoc reconciliation of purchases between multiple entitlement systems.
Responsibilities include:
Issue software license keys in accordance with customer software contracts Maintain and control license information in SalesForce Communicate with customers regarding inputs for license key generation Ensure timely and accurate provisioning of customer cloud purchases Own reconciliation between multiple entitlement systems Respond to customer service emails and phone calls as needed Coordinate internally to manage delivery and/or product set-up issuesMinimum Qualifications:
High school degree with at least two years working in IT, inventory control, or internet fulfillment services Experience working in SalesForce or similar CRM Excellent customer service and communication skills Excellent attention to detail Able to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment Ability to communicate effectively between cross functional teams including Sales, SalesOps, Accounting etc. Ability to follow established processes and identify potential improvements to said processes. Ability to address issues in a timely manner and with a significant level of autonomyWe give back to our employees:
