A third optional 457(b) deferred compensation plan is also available. – Clickhereto learn more. * Public Service Loan Forgiveness- Employment with the State of Montana may qualify you to receive loan forgiveness- click hereto learn more! * Career progression, training opportunities and room for professional growth. * State employee discounts at various businesses across the state. *This position may be covered by a Voluntary Employee Beneficiary Association (VEBA) *JOB DUTIES:* As a License Examiner 2, you will: * Research, analyze and answer technical and regulatory inquiries. * Collaborate with division staff on multiple regulatory and technical service offerings. * Identify, investigate, and resolve user issues with public portal, multiple division services, and related regulations. * Mult-task, work quickly, analyze, problem solve with high performance work team. *KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES:* If you are the right person for this opportunity, you will have the following knowledge, skills or abilities: * Outstanding customer service, effectively resolving customer issues with courtesy and respect. * Analyze conflicting facts, problem solve and make quick decisions. * High competency in computer applications and equipment. MUST have experience with internet / cloud-based applications, understanding of internet browser applications and general office applications. * Organize and prioritize your workload to meet deadlines. * Work in a team environment. * Attention to detail a must, ability to handle high volume call center activity. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. * Ability to explain technical issues to technical and nontechnical employees and customers. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS* Your preparation for this opportunity could include a combination of relevant experiences including: * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, communications, Computer Science or related field which emphasizes analytical, communication and persuasion skills. * Three years of experience in customer service, technical support, and / or call center. * Experience working with relational database.
