including Japanese Anime, Korean Drama and Japanese Drama/Movie for over 30 years.
Overview
As the License Sales Planning Specialist, support overseeing and analyzing the sales budgets and contribute to the license sales operations by providing support to the team and business.
With the guidance from the Director, prepare operating schedule and manuals, manage operational progress and results, and contribute to quick action plan activities.
1. Client support and coordination
+ Information sharing and coordination between related departments such as production committees, production departments, advertising departments, and clients (mainly related to promotion and merchandising).
+ Supervision of client production and promotional materials, including merchandising-related materials (in collaboration with the Sales Planning team)
+ While communicating with the client ⇔ the advertising department in promotional measures, we check the progress of tasks and supervise the entire project.
+ Suggestions and reviews on the client's promotional initiatives.
+ Management of assumed risks and formulation of improvement plans.
2. Commercialization-related business
+ Manage and coordinate progress and deal information in all aspects of commercialization operations.
+ Supervision of customer-produced products (in collaboration with the Sales Planning team) and quality control.
+ Supervises the commercialization schedule in collaboration with the production department and clients.
+ Preparation and support for the promotion of promotions related to commercialization.
3. Preparation of materials for proposal
+ Collect information and requests from the production department and sales, and create materials for proposals.
+ Coordination of English culture (outsourced premise) of the created materials
4. Progress support around the main story material
+ In collaboration with the operations team, we support the progress of the main story production and the collection of necessary materials
Skills and Experiences
+ 3~5 years of marketing, advertising, sales or production experience in the content/entertainment industry
+ Communication and presentation skills
+ Team building skills
+ Negotiation skills, influential skills, and interpersonal skills
+ Basic English proficiency and fluent written and oral communication skills in Japanese
