 I partner with store teams to execute the Brand VM framework, whilst protecting best sellers and customer experience.

 I train retail teams to execute the VMD and inspect execution.

 I identify key looks on the street, adapting in store execution to deliver newness and reflect the local customer.

 I live in stores, provide feedback and implement action plans to deliver VM directives and drive sales.

 I assess store needs and use my judgement to make locally-relevant decisions that maximise sales.

 I manage and execute VM event set-ups in store.

 I deliver the monthly visual set in line with the brand plan and milestone calendar, staying disciplined to the VM directive.

 I train and coach others to deliver store presentation within the VM framework.

 I inspect execution of trade actions.
