View Point Health serves uninsured, underinsured, low-income Medicaid, Medicare, war veterans and some private insurance across multiple locations with a full continuum of behavioral health services and support. The services provided by View Point Health contribute to the reduction in homelessness, reduction in crime and subsequent incarcerations, higher graduation rates, lower dropout rates, decreased ER visits and decreased inpatient admissions. Working as a member of an interdisciplinary treatment team in an Intensive 28 Day Intensive Residential Facility, the Substance Use Clinician serves individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. We provide person-centered care and assist with implementing our programming based on evidenced-based practices for substance use, trauma informed care, and long-term recovery support. The position requires flexibility in job tasks and scheduling to accommodate needs of the facility to include some weekend and evening coverage. This facility requires alternating holiday coverage between all staff.
