In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair activities of industrial equipment. The Maintenance Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and reliability of our equipment, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.
What you're responsible for:
Leading and supervising a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and supportDeveloping and implementing preventive maintenance schedules for equipment to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiencyCoordinating with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities during planned downtime periodsDiagnosing and troubleshooting issues with equipment, ensuring timely and effective resolution of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problemsConducting regular inspections to identify signs of wear, damage, or potential failuresInitiate and execute maintenance projects to address equipment upgrades, modifications, or replacements as necessaryMaintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and equipment performance metricsGenerating reports on equipment reliability and downtimeQualificationsTo join our team:
