Job Title: Licensed BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

Key Responsibilities:· Provide ABA services, including conducting assessments, designing treatment protocols, and directing RBT implementation
· Meet productivity requirements and consult with community stakeholders
· Supervise ABA staff, including clinical supervision, organization, and coordination
· Research, implement, and oversee evidence-based practice for intervention and treatment services
· Comply with requirements of various funding sources and document services for reimbursement

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:· Post-graduate training in Applied Behavior Analysis
· Master’s or Doctoral degree in ABA/RSI accredited program preferred
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis, implementing/directing ABA programs and interventions
· Experience working with children and their families, supervising a team, and collaborating with schools preferred

Required License/Certification:· Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
