Licensed Clinician ($5K Sign on Bonus)

The Licensed Clinician/Social Work is responsible for providing clinical services to youth and families consistent with agency's mission, vision and values.  This position offers a sign on bonus of $5,000. 

Job Responsibilities

Uses evidence based treatment modalities and assessment tools to complete comprehensive assessment and treatment plans for youth in care.   Establishes medical necessity for Core and CFTSS services. Provides skill building (case management) services to meet Core requirements Implements clinical treatment plans by facilitating trauma-informed individual and/or family counseling sessions, and therapeutic groups with all youth and/or families as required by agency policies, protocols and procedures.  Provides CFTSS services according to treatment needs. Assisting children/youth in developing skills as defined on treatment goals Providing psychiatric supports to youth and families. Willingness to work in a Community Based position. 

 

Job Requirements

Minimum Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling. License Required, any of the following: LMSW, LMHC, LMFT or LCSW. 1 – 5 years experience, depending on program. Must have a current and valid driver's license with acceptable driving history to the Agency.

 

Salary:

Starting at $70,000 per year
