High Focus Centers in Farmington is a premier provider of outpatient treatment programs for mental health, substance use and co-occurring disorders. At High Focus Centers in Farmington we are currently seeking a Family Therapist to join our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals! As a Family Therapist you would facilitate all clinical services for clients including family groups/sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact. Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000/year

Schedule: Full Time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Evaluates behavioral, emotional, cognitive, spiritual, and social needs of clients and family members Facilitates clinical services for clients including family groups/sessions, therapeutic groups, and referral source/ outpatient provider contact. Responsible for maintaining clinical record for clients with appropriate documentation of clinical services and client program engagement in ECR Provides documentation and support for utilization review Contributes to program specific curriculum development, literature review, and training in accordance with clinical philosophy. Other duties as assigned

Required Education/Licensure

Required: LCSW, LMFT or LPC for Connecticut Preferred: 1 year experience providing group based mental health treatment to adolescent population (ages 10 to 18).
