**Job Title: Licensed Electrician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled licensed electrician to join our team for a long-term project. The ideal candidate will have experience in bending and running conduit, installing lighting packages, wiring, and pulling various types of cables including MC & BX and Romex. This role involves roughing in apartments and ensuring all electrical systems are installed and maintained to the highest standards. **Responsibilities** + Bend and run conduit for electrical systems. + Install lighting packages and ensure proper functionality. + Wire and pull various types of cables including MC & BX and Romex. + Rough in apartments and prepare them for electrical installations. + Install electrical panels, boxes, outlets, and switches. + Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs. + Work with blueprints to install electrical systems accurately. + Perform 2400 amp service work and install Lutron systems. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in electrical wiring and conduit installation. + Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical systems. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Experience with pulling wire and installing electrical lighting. + Knowledge of electrical panels and rough-in work for MC & BX cables. + Experience with 2400 amp service work and Lutron systems. + Licensed as an E1 or E2 electrician or registered apprenticeship card. + OSHA 10 certification. + Full PPE and journeyman hand tools. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in multi-family construction environments. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards. **Why Work Here?** Join a team that values long-term projects and offers top pay rates. The primary tasks involve roughing in apartment work, pulling wire, and roughing in BX & MC cables.
