JOB OVERVIEW

This role is responsible for installation, repair, maintenance & operational responsibilities associated with HVAC equipment, plant wide process piping, water chillers, & filtration systems. Including PM service (i.e. weekly, monthly, & etc.) and housekeeping

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Repair, maintenance & operational responsibilities associated with HVAC equipment, plant wide process piping, & water chillers. Including PM serviceSupport vacuum systems, electrical and mechanical systems, fire protection, air compressors & filtration systems, including manufacturing process systems and facility infrastructure throughout the Chicopee siteUtilizes a Computerized Maintenance Management System (C.M.M.S.) to report and record equipment-related actions.Complete repair work in a timely manner based on manufacturers and programming guidelines.Report all major breakdowns and provide status updates to systems as neededMaintain equipment and room cleanlinessWorks towards improvements for process efficienciesWork in a safe manner following all PPE and standardized processesPerform all other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
