McCain Foods’ Prepared Foods Plant facility has an immediate opening for a Licensed Industrial Electrician to join the maintenance team. The position is responsible for setup and changeover processing equipment, perform all assigned predictive and preventive maintenance tasks, perform food safety verifications, and troubleshoot and resolve electrical/communication issues.  Note: This role does include shift work and the ability to work days, evenings and night shifts on a rotating schedule.

Correct and prevent any electrical (and mechanical) problems, especially where there is a safety or food safety riskVerbally communicate identified Emergency/Urgent repair problems effectivelyIdentifying, detecting and documenting all potential maintenance repair problems

Must be a fully Licensed Industrial Electrician (may consider Construction Journeyperson also)Self-motivated, detail oriented, with good organizing and coordinating skillsAbility to work with minimum supervision
