Compensation $62,000 - $80,000 Annually

 

***The annual compensation for this role ranges from $62,000 to $80,000, with the potential for additional performance-based bonuses. Compensation is determined by various factors, including education, work experience, relevant licensure or certifications, and the number of completed clinical hours

 

Up to $3000 sign on bonus to eligible candidates.

Candidate Requirements:

Must be licensed in the State of Ohio as a Social Worker (LISW, LISW-S) or Professional Counselor (LPCC, LPCC-S) with a minimum 1-year experience providing services to persons with mental illness and/or substance use conditions with children, adolescents, adults, and families preferred.Must like and have experience working with children, adolescents, and teenagers.Understanding of developmental trauma, family systems, and somatic experience, or willing to learn.Compassionate, engaging, and have a strong desire to help others.Provide weekly individual and family therapy utilizing evidenced-based practices.Complete and submit required documentation within certain timeframes.Attend monthly clinical supervision.
