We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to oversee and implement specialized treatment services for youth. This role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:Provide individual, group, family, and crisis counseling.Develop and oversee treatment plans tailored to each youth's needs.Supervise and train clinical staff, ensuring fidelity to evidence-based models.Collaborate with families, probation officers, and community partners.Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with licensing requirements.Qualifications:Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.Independent licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth preferred.Experience with electronic documentation.Valid driver's license meeting company policy requirements.
