Hanover Terrace Health & Rehabilitation Center is looking for compassionate and motivated RN or LPN to join our Team!! We are looking for a nurse who want to join a team committed to delivering the highest quality of care possible while facilitating a home like environment to the residents/patients in our care. Our facility offers a variety of services to our customers. Short-term rehabilitation on a post acute unit, long term custodial care, as well as memory care services.
