We are looking for a nurse who want to join a team committed to delivering the highest quality of care possible while facilitating a home like environment to the residents/patients in our care. Our facility offers a variety of services to our customers. Short-term rehabilitation on a post acute unit, long term custodial care, as well as memory care services.
General Duties:
Prepare and Administer medications ordered by MD Assess/Evaluate resident/patient and document/report accordingly Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive plan of care to facilitate the highest level of functional and emotional well-being for the customer Perform wound care as ordered Communicate and Collaborate with patients and family members Thorough and comprehensive documentation in electronic medical recordRequirements:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program Current NH state RN or LPN licensure Desire to join a caring team and be part of our community CPR certification preferred Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills Fully VaccinatedBenefits:
