The Licensed Nurse provides exemplary nursing services to residents.
Availability: Part-Time | 3pm-11pm shift or 11pm-7am shift
What will I do every day?
Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial and environmental needsMonitor residents’ well-being and report any changes in conditionProvide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living DirectorAssist with Medication Management ProgramAssist with care plansParticipate in the Assisted Living performance improvement processDemonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriatelyDocument evaluation of nursing interventions including resident response
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Bring a smile to work every dayBe a great team playerBe a graduate of an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program Have a minimum of one-year experience as a nurse in a senior care settingHave some Assisted living and/or dementia experience (preferred)
Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
Current active, unencumbered Nursing License in the state of practice (LVN/RN/LPN)
