The healthcare environment is changing and we want nurses who are dedicated to our patients and residents but need a healthy work/life balance? After that, you can fill in where we have open shifts and pick up any shifts that might come open last minute.
Shifts: 12 hour shifts
Status: PRN with the option to go to Full Time or Part Time if desired
Experience: SNF, Assisted Living, long term care desired but not required.
RN or LPN Position Highlights:
Responsible for maintaining clinical competency as evidenced by application of integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication skills. Utilizes the nursing process in assessment, planning and implementing care. Exhibits organizational ability related to workflow, prioritizing to meet the patient care needs Integrates current standards of practice as well as local, state, and federal regulations related to nursing services in the care of patients. Practices continuous quality improvement thinking and problem-solving skills.
