**Job Title: Licensed Plumber** **Job Description** Aerotek is hiring immediately for a licensed plumber in Branford, CT. We are seeking a licensed and experienced plumber to join our growing team. You will be servicing public and private clients throughout Connecticut and will be required to travel to individual job sites. The ideal candidate has experience working on commercial new builds and fit-outs and is looking to join a reputable company for the long term. **Responsibilities** + Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial new builds and fit-outs. + Interpret and comprehend plans, specifications, and plumbing fixture and fitting submittal drawings. + Follow installation instructions accurately. + Ensure all work complies with the 2015 International Plumbing Code and associated State of CT amendments. + Communicate effectively orally, in writing, and through hand or electronic sketches. + Work independently and as part of a team without supervision. + Perform pipe fitting and use various plumbing tools including power tools. **Essential Skills** + Valid P1/P2 License + OSHA 10/30 certification + Commercial plumbing experience + Ability to read and comprehend plans and specifications + Knowledge of 2015 International Plumbing Code + Proficiency in pipe joining methods: solder, brazing, silver soldering, pro-press, pex fittings, threading, and grooving + Basic knowledge of various plumbing systems: DWV, domestic water, various gas systems, compressed air **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + F1 License (bonus) + Ability to communicate effectively + Experience with installation and general labor tasks + Competence with hand tools and mechanical equipment + Experience in HVAC, carpentry, and blueprint reading **Why Work Here?** Join a well-established company that values long-term commitment and professional growth.
