Full time, part time, prn and weekend Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) positions As an LPN at Genesis HealthCare, you will work under the direction of a Registered Nurse to deliver efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and patient/family satisfaction.. Responsibilities Responsibilities: + Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plank of care, as well as physician’s treatment plan. + Follow a care plan designed by the Nurse Manager. + Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC) + Monitor resident’s conditions and report accordingly. + Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.
