The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at the Addiction Medicine Clinic provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN is responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and supporting patients in their recovery journey. This role requires a compassionate and dedicated professional who is committed to helping individuals overcome addiction and achieve lasting sobriety.

$19.66 or more per hour, pay determined by experience. $2,500 hiring bonus for eligible candidates! $5,000 relocation bonus for eligible candidates. Graduate from a practical nursing program. Current Minnesota LPN license Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card Must be at least 21 years old due to licensure requirements pertaining to children’s residential facilities, staff who supervise residents at CentraCare Adolescent Addiction Services or Clara’s House For any persons who will be employed in a CentraCare Addiction Services, and who have direct client contact must have been free of chemical use problems for at least the two years immediately preceding their hiring and must sign a statement attesting to that fact. Chemical use problems include the following: 1.Receiving treatment for chemical use within the period specified for the position in the staff qualification requirements 2.Chemical use that has a negative impact on the employee’s job performance 3.Chemical use that affects the credibility of the treatment services with clients, referral sources or other members of the community. 4.Symptoms of intoxication or withdrawal on the job Prior experience in addiction medicine, behavioral health, or a related field preferredWe are a growing Addiction Medicine Clinic dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals struggling with substance use disorders.
