We’re looking for LPNs, whether full-time or part-time, who possess the necessary skills, compassion, and dedication to provide top-notch care to individuals in northern New York.

Responsibilities involve evaluating residents, documenting their current health status and medical history, and ensuring accurate completion of Admission Data Records according to policy. LPNs should maintain ongoing assessments of residents’ conditions and respond appropriately.

Additional tasks include regular communication with physicians regarding resident needs and nursing assessments, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure residents’ overall well-being.

We currently have an opening for both an evening and a day shift position.

The starting salary for this position ranges from $23.75 – 27.22 per hour, based on experience and shift taken. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is also currently being offered for both positions.
