Earn $31.20 per hour working M-Th 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM (20 hours per week)

 

Position Details

Merakey is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our multidisciplinary treatment team. In this vital role, you will support individuals in our  community residential rehabilitation (CRR) and Transitional Partial Residential (TPR) programs by overseeing medical needs, administering medications, and contributing to holistic treatment planning. You’ll work closely with residents, clinicians, pharmacy partners, and program leadership to ensure a safe, therapeutic, and supportive environment.

Participate in developing and monitoring individual treatment plans in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.

Coordinate with pharmacy to take, update, and discontinue medication orders; administer medications per Merakey policy.

Ensure all medications are properly secured and stored, including new deliveries.

Assist residents unable to self-administer medications and monitor/educate those who do.

Respond promptly to medical and psychiatric emergencies during shifts.

Communicate proactively with the Nurse Manager and treatment team regarding resident health, concerns, and progress.

Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, including MARs, incident reports, progress notes, and nursing assessments.
