You are the person who works closely with the ophthalmologist; you anticipate their actions while following protocols.You reassure patients before and after their procedure and ensure they feel at ease showing empathy.You like working in a team and know by heart the actions to take to coordinate each intervention.You will become a specialist of the tools and technologies used during intraocular procedures.You are comfortable working on your feet in the operating room.You are a stickler for details and work with precision and accuracy.A clear view of your assets You are a Licensed Practical Nurse registered with the Association of New Brunswick Licensed Practical Nurses (ANBLPN).You have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Your experience in the field of ophthalmology and/or optometry is considered an asset.Your work experience in intensive care and/or an operating room is considered an asset.You thrive in a dynamic environment and when working in a team.You are meticulous, precise, rigorous, patient and focused, no detail can escape you.You have excellent communication skills, you speak English et français également (advanced intermediate level of French required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our French-speaking patients).
