Be a part of the St. Mary of the Woods Community! We are looking for Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work in our 5-star healthcare facility. The LPN is responsible for independent supervision of the delivery of care to a group of residents on a nursing unit with guidance from the Director of Nursing Services. Assess resident’s needs, provides nursing care, administers medications and complete treatments. Directly supervises the nursing assistants in the delivery of care. Schedules available include working every other weekend and every other holiday:

Qualifications:
Must hold a current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Ohio. License must be in good standing. Current CPR certification is required.Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations and pass a post-employment-offer physical exam. This requirement includes drug screening, criminal background check, and reference screening. Must have completed the requirements necessary to administer medications in Ohio. Must have proof of continuing education units. Good working knowledge of state rules and regulations. IV certification preferred. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance.
