Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse / LPN Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of Practical NursingCurrent state license as a Licensed Practical NurseCurrent driver’s licenseCurrent CPR certificationNegative TB screen and hepatitis consent/declinationTwo years of experience as an LPN in a clinical care setting, home health preferred
