You Will:

You will perform occupational health services in the provision of supportive or restorative care under physician standing orders.

You will provide nursing care for occupational and non-occupational conditions based on the Medical Evaluation Guidelines.

You will administer over the counter and prescription medications as ordered according to Standing Medication Orders and as ordered by our organization physician.

You will collaborate with other health, safety, production and human resources team members in a comprehensive approach to the team member's health.

You will communicate information about work-related injuries and illnesses to the RN Supervisor and Third-party Administrator (TPA).

You will assist with follow-up, maintenance, and documentation of workers' compensation cases.

You will maintain Occupational Health Services records and reporting systems according to OSHA, State, company, and legal requirements.

You will follow the confidentiality of team member health records according to company policy and HIPPA.

You will assist with team member health promotion and education programs.

You will help us develop goals of plant's Health and Safety Services Determine need for further medical treatment of occupational injuries and coordinate treatment.

Orders and maintains a supply of personal safety equipment and health services supply.

You Have:

Must hold appropriate licensure/certification in the state certification

Minimum of 2 years occupational health experience,

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Compensation: 

Pay Range:$48,000-$64,000

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
