Astria Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse  to join our team! This position is for our Would Care Department. This will be a day shift position. 

 

What you get to do every day!

 

As the Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for responsible for assisting with the examination and treatment of patients under the direction of a registered nurse or provider, and general clinical duties. You will: 

 

Perform basic medical procedures within licensure as per policy. Arrange for patients' ordered hospital admission, diagnostic, therapeutic, and dietary services. Monitor and ensure the accuracy of recording in patient's clinic records. Adhere to established triage protocol in screening incoming referrals and determine if appropriate for service. Provide support and assistance to ensure quality and quantity of work and care are achieved. Prioritize work and effectively adapt to changes in workload.Collaborate effectively across organizational boundaries.Adheres to the core values and standards of the organization.

What you bring to the role:

 

Graduate of accredited Licensed Practical School of Nursing Certified with a Washington State License Practical Nurse license Basic Cardiac Life Support certification. Oral and written fluency in the English language.
