Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 2nd Shift
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Coordinator to join our team! This position requires a Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN) who is passionate about providing excellent care and support to members and their families. 
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include: overseeing and managing the nursing schedules to ensure adequate coveragecollaborate with care teams to maintain high-quality services and address resident needsmonitor compliance with care plans and regulatory standardsassist with training and onboarding care staff as neededWe are also excited to offer a sign on bonus of $5k for an LVN/LPN who is ready to make a difference in a supportive and dynamic environment. What you will need to qualify for this position: 
Licensed Practical Nurse License Complete knowledge of state and federal regulations Excellent communication skills Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel and online systems
