Major Responsibilities \n

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) care giver provides direct patient care to the residents and patients of the health and rehabilitation center (skilled nursing home), assisting them in activities of daily living under the direction and supervision of a professional nurse. Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:\n\nAssist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for each assigned resident\nSupervise CNAs and participate in their evaluation\nOversee Falls Program and Pressure Sore Program\nProvide nursing services\nConduct and document a thorough evaluation of each resident's medical status upon admission and throughout the resident's course of treatment\nOther duties as assigned\n\n

Minimum Qualifications\n\nMust possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an LPN. \nExperience in Skilled Nursing\/Rehabilitation facilities preferred.\nYou must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done.\n\n
