Overview: As an LPN on our team, you'll play a crucial role at either our 20-suite nursing home or 18 suite Assisted Living Memory Care in providing direct patient care and supporting our healthcare team. This position requires a blend of clinical skills, empathy, and a strong commitment to teamwork. You'll be an essential part of creating a warm, supportive environment for our residents, where your individual strengths and experiences are valued and utilized. Requirements + Current LPN license in good standing + Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred + A Strong clinical skills and knowledge of current healthcare practices + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Compassionate nature with genuine interest in patient well-being + Experience working with older adults or supervising nursing assistants preferred + Proficiency in electronic health records systems + Flexibility to work various shifts, including some weekends and holidays + BLS certification required + Have a passion for excellence and compassion for people Benefits Culture makes all the difference in an organization.
