We are currently seeking a compassionate Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Day Shift team. 12 Hour Shifts – Part-Time - Day Shift Voted "Great Place to Work" 2nd Year in a ROW - Premium Wages - Excellent Benefits Package Responsibilities: + Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents following established protocols and procedures. + Conduct assessments to determine residents' health status and assist in developing personalized care plans. + Administer medications and treatments as directed by healthcare providers. + Monitor residents' vital signs and symptoms, promptly notifying the appropriate medical personnel of any changes. + Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care for residents. + Educate residents and their families on health maintenance and disease management. Qualifications: + Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio. + Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred. + Compassionate and patient-centered approach to nursing care. + Strong clinical skills and ability to think critically. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
