**About this role**
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works with the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) Medical Director toprovidecomprehensive, on- and off-site clinical services to members enrolled in the MAT program. They provide medical and support services, including injections, lab coordination, pharmacy coordination, teaching wellness classes, taking vitals, and coordinating with psychiatric and medical providers to ensureappropriate medicalcare for MAT program participants.
**What you bring to the table**
Education
+ Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
Experience
+ Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinicexperience.
Licenses/Certifications
+ Have andmaintaincurrent licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse within the state of employment.
+ Must be able to obtain andmaintainCPR certification.
**What you will do**
+ Responsible for strategic planning, resource management, and process improvement across service groupings.
+ Oversees the implementation of active treatment and nursing care for patients.
+ Manages staffing levels,establishescost control programs, and implementsnew programs/services.
+ Establishes quality measures and standards for continuous quality improvement.
+ Develops,maintains, and communicates departmental policies, procedures, and practices.
**Qualifications & Requirements**
