Cooperates and maintains good rapport with nursing staff, medical staff, supervisors, managers, other departments, and employer clients. **JOB QUALIFICATIONS** **EDUCATION** _For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation._ **Minimum Required:** Completion of a recognized and duly approved practical nursing curriculum. **Preferred/Optional:** None **EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES** **Minimum Required:** Demonstrates clinical competence and knowledge of age-specific and employer/industry-specific needs. Ability to become proficient at duties such as respirator fit testing, PPD skin testing, and other identified duties. Must be able to work cooperatively and communicate positively and effectively. **Preferred/Optional:** Previous clinic, office and/or outpatient care experience preferred. Occupational health experience desirable. **CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES** _The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position._ **Minimum Required** : MI LPN license required upon start and WI LPN license required within 3 months. Ability to obtain/maintain the following certifications: BCLS (within 30 days), CAOHC Audiometric/Hearing Conservation (within 6 months), NIOSH Spirometry (within 6 months), & DOT Drug and Alcohol Sample Collection (within 3 months).
