**Premier OB/GYN - Sugar Camp** **FT/ DAYS/ 80 hours per pay** **Summary of Position** The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for general clinical and procedural patient care under the direction and supervision of the center’s providers and practice manager. **Nature and Scope** The Licensed Practical Nurse works under the direct supervision of the practice providers. A patient base of 1,000 to 3,000 patients is served and 20-50 patients are seen each day; resulting referrals, correspondence, reports, and phone calls will be addressed by the LPN. **Qualifications:** 1. Successful completion of an accredited practical nursing and pharmacology program. 2. Maintains current nursing licensure in the State of Ohio with completion of continuing education requirements. 3. Prior experience in a hospital or ambulatory health care facility preferred. 4. Successfully learn and implement related department tasks and be of assistance to management and physicians. 5. Self-motivated to achieve the highest patient care and customer service standards. 6. CPR certified or obtained within the first 3 months of employment
