Job Description
An HR investigator should be able to work with empathy and compassion when dealing with employees who have raised concerns or experienced harassment, discrimination, or other issues. They should be able to listen actively, ask open-ended questions, and show respect and support. They should also be able to communicate clearly and professionally with all parties involved, and provide feedback and recommendations based on their findings. An HR investigator should be able to balance the needs and interests of the employees and the organization, and to promote a culture of trust and accountability. They will be conducting interviews and drafting reports for the cases.

Skills and Requirements
-MUST HOLD ACTIVE PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR LICENSE IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
- At least 3 years of experience as an Investigator
- Experience handling sensitive cases using employee code of conduct, taking an empathetic and thoughtful approach to sensitive cases
- Must take a neutral stance to cases null
