Responsibilities:

Provision of individual and group therapy to a caseload of students using a variety of interventions, including cognitive-behavioral, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed approaches Collaborative consultation as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team (social workers, psychiatrists, speech/language, occupational therapy) Participation in weekly clinical team meetings and biweekly professional development trainings Development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for caseload in coordination with academic teams Supporting and engaging in therapeutic milieu activities (e.g. PBIS, school clubs, school-wide events)

 

Requirements:

Doctoral degree in psychology (Ph.D. or PsyD) Current license to practice in Maryland Experience working with children and adolescents Prior experience in a school or therapeutic milieu setting is a plus
