Licensed Psychotherapist Programmatic Care
**Overview** Works with patients in the Adolescent and/or Child Day Therapy Program from the ages of 6 to 18. Position is a 1.0 FTE Monday through Friday 8:00AM TO 4:30PM. Determines clinical interventions, facilitates therapy utilizing evidence-based practices, and provides psychoeducation for patients and their families. Participates as a primary treatment team member in the development and implementation of treatment planning and behavioral intervention. **Responsibilities Job Description** Demonstrates clinical competence in the treatment planning process.     Develops an individualized plan based on age, social and cultural considerations, clinical diagnosis, level of functioning and other relevant needs.   Demonstrates clinical competence to assess individual patient needs.   Demonstrates clinical competency to partner with multi-disciplinary team in the treatment planning process.   Assists in developing an individualized plan based on age, social and cultural considerations, clinical diagnosis, level of functioning and other relevant needs.   Documentation is thorough, timely, legible and clinically appropriate and meets regulatory requirements.   Demonstrates clinical competence in conducting group therapy, family therapy and psycho-education groups.   Demonstrates the ability to advance evidence-based practice by utilizing standards, guidelines and pathways for care delivery. **Qualifications** Required Education: Masters in Social Work and/or similar Experience: At least two years’ experience License/Certification/Registration One of the following current Minnesota licenses: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) BLS required prior to starting Preferred Experience Two years’ supervised therapy experience in mental health including assessment, individual, group and family therapy.
