What you will do in your first 90 days:
· Revitalize and grow the care team, injecting new energy and enthusiasm into our already amazing team.
· Expand the community by growing potential residents’ appeal to spend their golden years receiving top notch care in a beautiful setting.
· Strengthen external community partnerships so that we are a provider’s first thought when they are concerned about their patient’s safety and quality of life.
What the job description says:
+ Plan, implement and evaluate medication and personal care services to maximize residents’ health potential, to meet residents’ medical care needs and to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies and procedures.
+ Plan, implement and evaluate a documentation system for resident care that meets regulatory guidelines, company policies and procedures, and that ensures maximized cost reimbursement.
+ Participate in the management of financial operations of the facility as delegated by the Chief Operating Officer President/Manager in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, statutes, and regulations that govern assisted living facilities and established company policies and procedures.
+ Plan, implement and evaluate a system for recruiting, orienting, training, evaluating, retaining and scheduling enough competent staff to provide all services in accordance with required staffing ratios based on the needs of residents living in the facility, the size and layout of the facility, and with applicable regulations and company policies and procedures.
+ Ensure employee compliance with the company’s personnel and operational policies and procedures. Monitor written policies and procedures for their effectiveness and compliance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, statutes, and regulations that govern assisted living facilities. Make recommendations for revision as indicated. Interpret company’s policies and procedures to employees, family members, government agencies, etc. as necessary.

How you’ll demonstrate eligibility for the role:
+ Licensed as a Residential Care Administrator or Multi-level Nursing Home Administrator.
+ Licensed to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine with a comprehensive national background screening that is satisfactory to the company.
+ Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability with a proven track record to provide excellent care and lead a high performing team.
