Licensed Veterinary Technician

Pet Emergency Treatment ER is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) to join our specialty department. This position offers the flexibility of both part-time and full-time opportunities. As an LVT in our team, you will play a crucial role in providing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic services, ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients.

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostic procedures, including CT scans, radiology, and endoscopy.Conduct accurate drug calculations and ensure proper drug exposure.Apply extensive knowledge of pharmacology and current medical practices.Collaborate effectively within a small team, supporting and coaching colleagues.Exhibit strong initiative and self-motivation, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.Maintain ethical and moral standards in all professional activities.

Qualifications:

Credentialed Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT) certification preferred.Proficiency in advanced diagnostic techniques.Strong pharmacology knowledge.Excellent teamwork and communication skills.Ability to take initiative and work independently.
