Our doctor team consists of three medical doctors currently with a new doctor joining our team in July and plans to continue to grow. We are a fully equipped hospital with electronic medical records, a full in-house lab, ultrasound, digital radiography, Cardell monitors, and all the equipment needed to achieve full diagnostics. We are seeking a Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our growing team and help ensure we are providing those great experiences. Position Skills: Professional client communication and education obtaining medical histories and symptoms Laboratory procedures including but not limited to: hematology, cytology, urinalysis, microbiology, blood chemistry, and fecals Diagnostic imaging and implementing safety protocols of fellow staff members Nursing skills including: restraining patients, administering medications PO/IV/SUBQ/IM, applying and maintaining bandages, proficient IV catheter placement and venipuncture, surgery prep, anaesthesia monitoring Proficient in dental prophylaxis Position Requirements: Veterinary Technician Certification or Licensure (CVT, RVT, LVT, or LVMT) or the ability to transfer credentials from state to state.
