VCA Katonah Bedford Veterinary Center is growing and we require a progressive leader to help guide our veterinary technicians and technician assistants. With the assistance of the Hospital Director, and leadership team, the Veterinary Technician Manager will manage and mentor staff, oversee hospital processes and business operations all while ensuring exceptional patient care.
We offer our supervisors monthly training on leadership, human resources, empathy, burnout and compassion fatigue. We also work as a collaborative unit providing you the connectivity of 10 additional specialty hospital supervisor teams to grow, learn, and share information with. Working together to create effective, fulfilled teams, happy healthy hospitals, and overall career satisfaction.

Our specialties include Internal Medicine, Surgery, Oncology, Dermatology, and Emergency and Critical Care, and General Practice. We also have a highly skilled and motivated technical team, and offer a wide range of diagnostics including in-house CT, Ultrasound and Endoscopy, Digital Radiography, Minimally Invasive Surgery, ICU with Telemetry and Oxygen Therapy.

Associate's degree required. Compensation: $40 - $45 / hour dependent on skill set, experience and licensure status
