Creates and maintains a wellness and recovery-oriented environment by using person-first language, respectful documentation, and person-centered planning Provides initial comprehensive rehabilitation needs assessments, skill assessment, and rehabilitation planning in conjunction with the team Ensures that clinical interventions are effective, stage-based, and tied to the individualized recovery goal plans of the people receiving services Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in social work, rehabilitation counseling or other related behavioral health or counseling program LSW or LAC required Valid driver’s license with no more than one moving violation with the past 12 months Minimum of one-year experience working with persons with mental health disabilities preferred About Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services Bridgeway Behavioral Health Services facilitates, promotes, and fosters recovery from mental illness and co-occurring problems.
