Scope:
Collaborate with various Oracle Lines of Business (LOBs), including Sales, KAD, and Deal Management.Report to the functional manager.Manage assigned Oracle accounts or territory.Responsibilities:
Own and manage a portfolio of strategic Oracle customers, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored recommendations.Design governance processes, procedures, and long-term technology roadmaps to maximize value in line with Software Investment Advisory objectives.Conduct on-site visits to high-profile customers, providing insights and guidance to help them make informed decisions on Oracle product purchases.Offer constructive feedback during account reviews to drive continuous service improvement and innovation.Lead strategic discussions and present recommendations to stakeholders at various levels, including C-level executives and board members.Build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally, ensuring seamless execution of Software Investment Advisory services.Lead and contribute to virtual project teams focused on enhancing customer engagement and service enablement.Monitor and track the success of your activities against KPIs such as customer satisfaction, activity outcomes, and service delivery timelines.Develop systematic business plans, reporting, and monitoring for your assigned area.Operate in alignment with Oracle’s processes, procedures, and core values.Support peers in gaining experience and knowledge through customer-facing situations and exposure to new products and services.Focus on continuous personal development and growth.#LI-DNI
